Led the production and delivery of a premium brand film for One&Only, as part of a wider content suite positioning Kerzner as a new legacy brand in luxury hospitality. The work focused on “showing, not telling” how Kerzner’s people create unforgettable experiences, using immersive, detail-led storytelling across iconic locations including Dubai and the Maldives.

The concept followed a day in the life at One&Only, from sunrise to sunset, using rhythm, sound design and close observation of craft and care to bring the brand’s culture to life. The wider suite also explored Kerzner’s portfolio (including Atlantis and SIRO), building a cohesive visual and sonic world across film and photography.

Always-On, Global Social Content

Led the production and operations for Formula E's always-on global content output over two years, a 365-day operation across race weekends and digital platforms worldwide. I managed a team of 14 editors, designers and social media managers, delivering content across six-plus social channels every week, syndicated to media outlets and produced in four languages.

I oversaw everything end-to-end: content planning, team resourcing, production workflows, budgets and international crews built to deliver something new, every single race weekend.

Oversaw production logistics and delivery for the BBC's integrated employer brand campaign, built around a hero film and a suite of supporting Journey Spotlight content across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and paid media. The campaign was designed to drive awareness of the BBC as an employer and convert that into action across key talent audiences.

I owned the production operation end-to-end — budgeting, scheduling, crew sourcing and ensuring the plan was properly scoped and achievable across multiple formats and locations. The work formed part of a wider integrated activation strategy, combining hero film, social cut-downs and platform-specific executions to support awareness, consideration and conversion.

How Hard Can It Be?

Led the production of an original social series for Amazon Prime Sport, created to build hype across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram ahead of their Premier League coverage of Arsenal vs Manchester City.

The concept centred on recreating classic goals from both clubs, with Chunkz, Kyle Walker, Ben Foster and Kieran Brown bringing the moments back to life. I managed the project end-to-end — developing the creative alongside the director, sourcing crew, managing talent, owning the budget and running the day on location in Manchester.

The series was built to perform natively across platforms, balancing entertainment with genuine football nostalgia to drive engagement ahead of the live broadcast.
